How do I send my hand outline?
How do I take a good hand outline photo?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can reply to that email with your hand outline photo and one measurement. Or use the contact form and include your order number.
1. Draw your hand outline
Place your hand flat on an A4 piece of paper. Use a pen or pencil to trace the full outline of your hand.
Make sure:
The lines are clear and continuous
Your whole hand fits on the paper
The inside of the hand stays empty
2. Take one measurement
Use a ruler to measure one of these distances on your drawing:
From wrist line to tip of middle finger
Or across the knuckles (the widest part of the hand)
Important:
Measure in millimetres (mm)
One accurate measurement is enough
For example:
Wrist line to tip of middle finger = 178 mm
3. Send your photo
Take a clear photo (or scan) of your drawing.
Then reply to your order confirmation email and send:
The photo of your drawing
Your measurement in mm

How long does processing and delivery take?
The processing time for one hand drawing is usually 2–3 working days. After that, you will receive the digital file.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Depending on the number of orders, this may take up to 2 weeks. You will be kept informed.
After processing, the delivery time for print products depends on the shipping carrier and the country of delivery. This takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order goes into production or is shipped.

Can I request something other than an animal?
Yes, if possible. Just get in touch with Ashton to see what she can create for you. Send your idea along with any reference photos, and she will let you know what's possible.
Can I change my request after placing my order?
Yes, that is usually possible as long as the design has not yet been started. Send your change along with your order number as soon as possible. If the order is already being processed, I will check what can still be done.
Do I get the digital file with a mug, journal, poster, or print?
Yes, absolutely. A digital file of your drawing is always included. You will receive it as soon as the drawing is finished. After that, I will place the order for the printed product you have chosen.
Can I combine more hands?
Yes, it is possible to combine multiple hands, for example from you and your partner or from your entire family. This makes the drawing even more personal and symbolises your bond in a unique way.
